I called the Company and spoke directly to them. Asking many questions that were answered immediately and so that I could understand. I was helped with the decision making process as I knew they would know what would look the best for what I was wanting. I got the finished product so fast I was in awe. I do love the ring. I got this ring with white gold lettering all capitals in old english. The ring is very pretty and fits very well. I still would like to see the black background (anonizing) offered as that is what I was originally looking for. But the ring is wonderful and the price is very nice. I will be ordering again. Thank you for your expertise, knowledge, kindness and fast work. I am very pleased. LL
