* NON personalized item: Orders received before 12:00 PM PST are processed (ship out) on same day (Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays) otherwise orders will be processes next working day.
When we are out of stock item(s) you ordered, we will notify you promptly how many days are needed to process.

* Personalized item: We will ship out personalized items 2~3 business days after your payment cleared.

Shipping method

After your item has been packaged, it will be shipped and delivered via UPS or USPS carriers with insurance.
UPS Service is provide full Insurance, USPS service provide more than $50.00 and no insurance offered less than $50.00.
Shipping and Handling Fees will be automatically calculated by destination.

UPS works 5 days a week(Monday ~ Friday), packages will be delivered on these days.
USPS works 6 days a week( Monday ~ Saturday) packages will be delivered on these days.

Lost with Insured Package top

If the package is lost, damaged, or vandalized in shipment the customer will not be held liable. The effected merchandise will be re-shipped free of charge or the customer will be credited for the value of the damaged or lost goods.

Not received your Package top

* If tracking information is unavailable or be left message from carriers you have to contact your local Post Office or UPS for your package.

*If track and confirm status "Delivered" but you have not received merchandise,
- Please first contact your local Post Office or UPS.
- If unsuccessful, contact us to request confirmation.
- We are only able to refund to customer if shipping carriers refund to us.
