I just wanted to thank you guys for your excellent service.
I called and ordered my daughters necklace over the phone. I did have a
little issue with the order as far as it not arriving as promised but when
I call to see why I got my order the next day. This was starting out to be
a bad experience around the holidays and all but the gentleman corrected it
and I did receive it on time and she was very pleased as I was as well.
