Shipping & Returns

We offer a 14 days (from the day when the item is delivered to you ) money back refund or exchange if you are not satisfied for any reason even it's personalized custom made jewelry.
Items must be in original condition with original gift box we provided when you decide to return for refund.

If you decide to return/exchange an item for any reason at all, simply enclose item and ship the package insured to our return address using a shipper of your choice. we strongly recommend that you add insurance and tracking to your return shipment. This protects you from loss if the package should be lost, stolen, or misdelivered. You are responsible for paying the postage if you decide to make a return.

Exchange - We will get you full credit when you exchange for other item, we will refund the difference or send you an additional charge if there is any, no fees.

Refund - Refunds will be made in the same payment method as the original purchase. Upon inspection of the merchandise, you will receive a 92% refund, we charge 8% restocking fee when we refund (This 8% restocking fee for shipping & handling charge and credit card processing fees are not refundable).

Once the refund is processed, you will receive email notification. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage to any item during return transit.

Due to the excessive delays and tax charges that may be in posed by customs and excise we do not offer refunds on international shipments and purchases.

When we are out of stock item(s) you ordered, we will notify you promptly how many days are needed to process.

* Personalized item: We will ship out personalized items within 3~5 business days after your payment cleared except Christmas season, we will notify when season comes.

Package Tracking Number

When your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification Email from carrier's company, this Email will provide you tracking number for the package and date your order was shipped. Please leave your correct E-Mail information, tracking information will be send to your E-Mail address.
*Tracking information will be updated every time carrier company scan the package on arrival, meantime, the tracking information may not available, please check back few days later for updated information specially for international shipments.

Delivery Schedule Date

It is not guaranteed and control for the delays due to insufficient information provided by customer, terrorism, riots, strikes or other labor disputes civil unrest disruptions in air or ground transportation networks and natural disasters, such as violent storms, earthquake, floods and etc.

Sales Tax

We will applies sales tax on purchases shipped to California, sales tax will be automatically calculated when you checkout by destination zip code.

International Duty And Tax

Generally, Canada and International buyers may charged additional costs such as custom duties and taxes, brokerage fee and GST(UPS Service) when buyers receive package.

Lost With Insured Package

If the package is lost, damaged, or vandalized in shipment the customer will not be held liable. The effected merchandise will be re-shipped free of charge or the customer will be credited for the value of the damaged or lost goods.

Package Not Received

* If tracking information is unavailable or be left message from carriers you have to contact your local Post Office or UPS for your package.

*If track and confirm status "Delivered" but you have not received merchandise,
- Please first contact your local Post Office or UPS.
- If unsuccessful, contact us to request confirmation.
- We are only able to refund to customer if shipping carriers refund to us.
Customer is responsible for all destination problems and costs (ex: incorrect shipping address, absence of the recipient, duty for international customers.)

If you will not be home to sign for your order, we can ship your order to your place of work, or another more convenient destination.
